Coach Ron’s Boxing Program
The Art of Boxing is developed from the ground up, Footwork, Balance, Lateral and Angle moves, Offense-Defense, various punch combinations, counter moves, proper punching range-creating distance, etc… Coach Ron teaches the “Stick and Move Technique” style of boxing; Hit and don’t get hit.
Group training begins with stretches, Floor exercises (example bicycles, flutter kicks, mountain climbers, push ups, planks, etc.) followed by simplified techniques and easy to follow demonstrations.
Various footwork drills, punch count combinations, rolls/slip drills, shadow boxing techniques, focus mitts, offense/defense noodle drills, action-reaction drills, heavy bag-workouts, Speed bag- hand eye coordination, skipping rope, and various other technique drills are used in training.
Level 2 intermediate/advanced students will be able to participate in (controlled) sparring.

Coach Ron is a certified USA boxing organization bronze level boxing coach , with 30 yrs of coaching experience.
